Suggested Packaging

Please pay very close attention to the way you package your hard drive.
It would be a real shame if greater damage to the hard drive is caused due to careless packaging.

Below, we provide suggestions for the proper packaging of the hard drive you will send us.

The hard drive should ideally be placed in special packaging for hard drives (as shown in images 1 and 2) or inside an antistatic bag (Antistatic bag – ESD), and between the drive and the sides of the box, there should be soft materials to absorb impact (as shown in images 3, 4, and 5).

Of course, if you want to send us a storage medium that does not have mechanical parts (SSD drive, memory cards, USB sticks), all of this is not necessary as these devices are not sensitive to impact, but still, you should wrap them well.
