In the context of the top quality services we offer all clients, that wish to send us a data storage device for evaluation and recovery, the oportunity to do so, with no charge whatsoever.

Instructions, terms and details:

• Fill in the collection request form of your device. Make sure you have your package ready according to these instructions.
• As soon as we receive your request we will contact you to confirm it.
• One of our partners will come by your premises to pick up the package, completely FREE of charge.
• As soon as we receive the package we will start the FREE EVALUATION procedure and we will inform you regarding the resutls. 
• If you agree and if the recovery is successful, we deliver the device to your promises again FREE of charge.
  If the recovery process doesn't start, i.e due to cost or other reasons, you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the device delivery.

You can, of course, bring the package in our offices (Irakleitou 4, Chalandri in Athens or Georgiou Papandreou 45 & Laskaratou in Thessaloniki, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00) if you don't wish to send it or if you don't wish to fill in the pick up form, then you can call us (tel. 210.3314829 or 2310.402675) and one of our partners can come and pick it up.
