Free Medium Pickup – Procedure

ATTENTION: Free pickup is offered only within the Greek territory.
- Fill out the pickup request form for the storage medium that you will find below.
Make sure you have the package ready,
packaged according to the instructions and available for pickup. - Once we receive your request, we will contact you for confirmation.
- Our associate will come to your location to pick up the package, completely FREE of charge.
- Once we receive the package, we will start the process of FREE DIAGNOSIS and will keep you informed about the progress of this process.
- Once agree to proceed to the recovery and the recovery is successful, the return of the storage medium to your location will again be FREE of charge.
If, however, the recovery process does not proceed (e.g., due to cost) or recovery is not possible, you will be charged for the cost of returning the storage medium to your location.
You can, of course, bring the package to our offices (4 Iraklitou St. in Halandri for Athens or 45 Georg. Papandreou St. for Thessaloniki, according to our operating hours) if you do not wish to send it.
Additionally, if you do not want to fill out the pickup request form, you can inform us by phone (tel. +30 2103314829 or +30 2310402675) so that our associate can come to pick it up.
